What kind of
group discounts do you offer?
Groups of 10 or more may receive discounts of up to 20% off each ticket
for most Philharmonic performances, excluding special events.
Group sales and discounts are subject to ticket
availability -- So order early to ensure your seats!
What is the deposit required?
A deposit of 50% is required to hold your block of seats. The deposit,
payable by cash, check or credit card, will
be credited toward your total balance. If for some reason your
group must cancel, the deposit is applied to another eligible
concert in the current season.
When
is the final payment due?
The remaining balance of your group sales order as well as a guaranteed minimum number of tickets is due 30 days
prior to the concert date.
Can
I change my order?
Yes, group orders can be adjusted until the time of final payment, depending on availability.
Can my group sit together?
We will make every effort to seat all of your group members
together. Unfortunately this is not always possible, which
is why we encourage you to order early to ensure the best
seating selection.
Wheelchair and disabled patron access is available
at all Fort Wayne Philharmonic performances at Embassy Theatre,
the Fort Wayne Museum of Art and the Arts United Center.
Handicapped seating is not available for the balcony of the
Embassy. Please let us know if we will need to make accomodations for members in your group.
